PEBICO was established in 2009 focusing on trading bitumen within its first decade. In 2020the production plant , which is located in Persian Gulf Industrial Town of Hormozgan province, came into operation. Benefiting from skillful and professional teams in production, logistics, commercial and financial affairs with brilliant back ground, PEBICO has become known as one of the main bitumen producers and exporters in the region.
